When most people think of exercise, they usually think of a gym with weight machines, treadmills, etc. However, we know that when you are travelling, the last place you want to be is in a square closed room when you should be out exploring your new surroundings.
The fitness boot camp is a type of physical training program conducted by our in-house personal trainer. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals within one hour period of time. It commences with dynamic stretching and running around the resort’s buggy path, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling TRX straps, push-ups/sit-ups, plyometric, various types of intense explosive routines in the O2 Gym. The session ends with yoga stretching to cool your body down.
