Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice of asana (different physical poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation that enables the flow of vital energy, rejuvenates the body, and strengthens awareness/clarity.
Yoga expert and wellness therapist, our resident yoga teacher “Jiten” is a born in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India.
He accomplished his post-graduate diploma in yogic science from HNB University, India and has worked for some of the best destination and resort spas in the world throughout Asia and the Caribbean for more than a decade.
His expertise is in traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, including Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Experience in different types of yoga, Ayurveda and traditional Thai massage has led to the development of his own special style of practice and teaching.
This personalized session integrates Vinyasa, Iyengar and Hatha to emphasis proper alignment and anatomical variations, allowing the body and mind to open and flow.
