Dorelal Singh Thakur is the professional Yoga Head at the Six Senses Spa. He was born in the year 1977 and has been in the profession since the past 20 years. During the 20 years of his career, he has offered his services to various renowned organizations ranging from fitness and health spas to holistic healing centers round the globe. He has not limited himself to one place.
From working as a holistic healer and trainer in Russia to providing knowledge regarding yoga and meditation in South Korea, he has not left any stone unturned. He did his Master Degree in Applied Yoga Science from the Bihar School of Yoga, India and received another master’s degree in Yoga Philosophy from here. He is an extremely competent and amazingly experienced man who is making a positive change in the lives of all those he comes across. He is known to reduce stress and anxiety in people through his Hatha Yoga and Meditation techniques is quite admired among his students as well as clients. He is an absolute expert in various areas ranging from therapeutic yoga, charka meditation and hatha yoga to asthanga yoga and Kriya yoga.
